ALOGIANS, a denomination in Asia Minor in the second century; so called because they denied the divine λoγoσ, or word, and the writings of St. John, attributing them to Cerinthus. But Dr. Lardner denies the existence of such a sect, as not being mentioned by any contemporary writer.[1]
